Lido comes from Abbadia di Montepulciano. He's one of Le Macinaie's founder. Today he takes care about the flowers. You'll find him at the bar.

She's from Marroneto, a little village near Santa Fiora. She follows her father Romano's (one of the Le Macinaie founder) footstep. She propose a typical cuisine, handing down an ancient tradition.

Favourite book: The name of the rose, Umberto Eco.

He's from Saragiolo, a very little Amiata village. He's deeply attached to the mountain. He's famous for his fantastic cocktails.
