The Rossi and Bracciali families have been running Le Macinaie for over 40 years. Every dish is made by hand and always with the freshest ingredients. Claudia the chef has during the years learned the ancient mountain cuisine recipes from her father. With She is showing a great talent, she have passion, and enjoy the work in the cuisine with the rest of her family. Together with the cousine Giorgio they make sure that all our clients enjoy the kitchen. The welcome in the restaurante is made from Enrico. In the dining room and the reception You will find Francesco, who is looking forward to welcoming you in our lodge. The rooms in the Le Macinaie lodge is well taken care of by Anna and Manuela.
